We are looking for someone who is active on TikTok and understands what type of content performs well.

This role is simple in structure but important in execution. You will be working directly on the platform and helping improve overall results by following clear instructions.

We are not just looking for someone who completes tasks, but someone who thinks, adapts, and looks for ways to perform better.

There is a lot of room to grow within this role if you perform well.

WORK DETAILS:

- 4-hour daily shift (trial phase)
- Mobile-based work
- iPhone preferred (Android allowed)
- Clear guidelines and systems provided
- Monday to Sunday available

If you perform well during the trial, there is the opportunity to move into a full-time position.

PAY STRUCTURE:

We work with a tier-based system.

- Base salary starts at $2.5 per hour (Tier 1)
- There is room to grow based on performance
- Additional bonuses are available

Your earnings are not only based on hours, but also on how well you perform.
