Real Estate Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team in a long-term capacity. The ideal candidate is articulate, confident, and highly skilled at objection handling and rapport-building.

Qualifications:
• Fluent English with a clear American accent (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling
• Proven ability to manage objections and maintain professionalism
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Dual-monitor setup required
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation:
• $700 per month after initial training month
• Performance-based increases over time
