Hours: Remote, Full Time, EST Hours

ROLE PURPOSE
The Estimator ensures that what is sold, scoped, and promised is clearly understood, accurately
estimated, and successfully delivered by Operations.

Centralized Estimating
This role is intentionally designed to leverage centralized estimating to drive speed, consistency,
accuracy, and scalability.

The Centralized Estimating Group Owns:
Sketching and diagramming based on provided field data.
Estimate production using approved platforms and pricing standards.
Timely estimate delivery within established SLAs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Experience with Xactimate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must know Google Workspace products
Must be self-motivated & punctual
? Basic math / analysis skills

Preferred:
Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred
Experience with DASH, Mitigate, Xactanalysis, Xactimate
Experience working within EOS-driven organizations
