About the Role
This is a mid-level role with real responsibility for campaign performance.
You will not just execute tasks — you will be expected to build, manage, and improve campaigns independently.
We are looking for someone who understands how paid acquisition actually drives results, not just how to set up campaigns.
This role is best suited for someone who has already managed campaigns independently and is looking to take more ownership and responsibility.
Google Ads will be your core focus, with opportunities to expand into Meta Ads, tracking, and funnel optimization.
What You Will Do
Google Ads (Primary Focus)
Build and launch well-structured Google Search campaigns from scratch
Own campaign structure (ad groups, keyword segmentation, match types)
Manage and continuously improve keyword strategy
Build and maintain negative keyword systems
Monitor performance and take ownership of optimization and improvements
Improve CTR, CPC, and conversion performance over time
Performance & Tracking
Validate and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads)
Ensure data accuracy across campaigns and landing pages
Identify gaps in tracking and suggest improvements
Analyze performance data and provide clear optimization actions
Landing Pages & Funnel Alignment
Review landing pages for clarity, structure, and conversion logic
Ensure strong alignment between ads ? keywords ? landing pages
Coordinate updates and QA to improve conversion rates
Growth Support (Secondary)
Support Meta Ads campaigns when needed (nice to have)
Contribute ideas for improving lead quality and cost efficiency
Help identify opportunities to scale what is working
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search campaigns)
Strong understanding of:
campaign structure
keyword strategy and match types
bidding and performance optimization
negative keywords
Ability to analyze performance and make improvements independently
High attention to detail (you catch issues before they become problems)
Ability to follow structured processes while thinking critically
Reliable execution and strong sense of ownership
Clear written English
Strong Plus
Experience with Meta Ads
Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking setup
Experience working with landing pages or CRO
Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
