Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (California Time)

About the Role
We are a growing debt resolution company looking for motivated and reliable Transfer Agent Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — qualifying inbound and outbound leads and seamlessly transferring them to our specialist team.

What You'll Do

-Engage with potential clients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
-Ask qualifying questions to determine eligibility for our debt resolution services
-Accurately document lead information
-Transfer qualified calls to the appropriate department or specialist
-Meet daily call and transfer targets


What We're Looking For

-Clear and confident phone communication skills
-Reliability — must be available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–4 PM PT
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Basic computer skills for data entry
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
