Full-Time AI Creative Specialist
Base Image Creation | High-Level Creative Team | Growth Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time AI Creative Specialist who can create high-quality base images made specifically for video advertisements.
This is not a video editing role.
Your responsibility is to create the foundation image — the main visual that everything starts from.
These base images will later be used by our animation team for B-roll creation and by our video editing team for final advertisements.
You are the first and most important step in the creative process.
If the base image is weak, unrealistic, or low quality, the final ad will fail.
You will work from storyboard briefs created by our video editors. Based on these briefs, you must create strong, realistic, high-converting visual assets that feel premium, trustworthy, and natural.
The standard is simple:
there should be almost no visible difference between your work and reality.
We are looking for someone with very high standards, strong taste, attention to detail, and someone who understands what makes an ad look expensive, trustworthy, and built to convert.
You will be joining a fast-growing international e-commerce brand with a 15-person marketing team focused heavily on performance marketing and creative testing.
What You Will Do
Create high-quality base images for advertisement use
Turn storyboard briefs into strong visual foundations for video ads
Build animation-ready assets that can later be turned into B-roll
Make sure all visuals are realistic, premium, and conversion-focused
Avoid unnatural visuals, obvious mistakes, and scam-looking creatives
Continuously improve outputs so ads feel real and trustworthy
Stay updated with the newest creative systems and workflows
Work closely with our creative, animation, and video teams
Understand that your work is the starting point of the entire ad production process
What We Need
Full-time availability
Around 50 hours per week
Very high standards for realism and quality
Strong understanding of premium e-commerce creatives
Ability to identify when content looks fake or unnatural
