Disruptors Media is a Utah-based, AI-first marketing agency. We serve service businesses doing $1.7m+ in annual revenue: contractors, trades, medical, legal, and other professional service firms. Our founders run point as Fractional CMO and Chief AI Officer for our clients, and we build marketing systems and AI infrastructure inside the client's own software stack, not on top of someone else's vendor lock-in.

Our content engine drives inbound. Our outbound engine drives the rest of the pipeline. We are scaling outbound aggressively, and this seat is the tip of the spear.

What this seat looks like day to day

Mornings are power dial blocks on fresh, enriched lists pulled from Apollo and Clay. You hit volume, log dispositions in real time, and book directly to founder calendars when a lead is hot. Afternoons mix follow-up cadences across SMS and email, prep on tomorrow's list, and one daily coaching block where we listen back to your best and worst calls of the day and sharpen openers and objection responses together. Friday is review: numbers, lessons, and what goes into next week's tests.
You work inside GoHighLevel for CRM, our internal AI tools for pre-call research and personalization, and a dialer we pay for. The lists you call have already been scored and enriched. You are not building lists, you are working them.

What you will own

Hitting your daily target of 80 to 120 dials. Booking qualified discovery calls onto founder and CSM calendars and owning a weekly meeting quota. Running a multi-touch follow-up cadence across phone, SMS, and email on no-answers, voicemails, and soft maybes. Keeping the CRM clean: every record gets accurate dispositions, notes, and a next action.
Beyond the dials, you A/B test openers, objection responses, and meeting asks, then share what works. You report weekly on dials, connect rate, conversation rate, booked meetings, and show rate. You feed intelligence back to marketing on which objections come up most, which industries are hot, and what messaging is landing.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

By day 30, you are dialing at full volume, fluent on the script, and booking your first meetings. By day 60, you are hitting the weekly meeting quota consistently. By day 90, you are inside the top of our outbound benchmarks and have a documented opinion on which lists, openers, and verticals convert best.

Required

- One or more years in cold calling, outbound SDR, or telesales with documented dial volume and booked meeting numbers. You can recite, on a call, your best month ever: dials, conversations, meetings, conversion rates, and what you were selling.

- A confident, conversational phone voice. Not scripted, not robotic, not apologetic.

- Quick thinking on objections. "Not interested," "send me an email," and "we already have someone" do not slow you down.

- Thick skin. You know 90 percent of cold calls do not convert and you do not let it affect how you sound on call 91.

- Strong CRM hygiene and comfort inside a dialer.

- Reliable infrastructure: high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a quality headset, and availability during US business hours with Mountain Time overlap.

Nice to have

Experience with GoHighLevel, Apollo, Clay, or power dialers like Orum, PhoneBurner, Aircall, or Nooks. Past experience selling to service business owners (contractors, trades, medical, legal). Past experience selling marketing, agency, or AI services. Fluency with AI tools for pre-call research and personalization (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay enrichment, Apollo AI).

Compensation and perks

Competitive base salary paid weekly. Per-meeting commission on every qualified booked call, paid weekly. Uncapped bonus on closed revenue fro ---------- etings you set, with no clawback on revenue that closes inside the standard window. Clear promotion path into Account Executive or Client Success Manager for top performers.

Direct mentorship from the founders. You are in the room when strategy gets built, not after. Paid access to the full stack: dialer, CRM, list-building tools, and the AI software we use internally. We pay for your AI tooling because we expect you to use it.

We share specific base and commission numbers on the first call, calibrated to your experience and your documented past performance.

This role is not for you if

You want a "messaging-first" SDR seat where the phone is optional. You want to grow into a closer role without first proving you can book at high volume. You need a six-month ramp before you can dial. You go quiet after a rough hour on the phones. You think 80 dials a day is unreasonable. You expect inbound demand to fill your calendar.
