### GoHighLevel Funnels Builder and Automations Expert | Immediate Start | Remote ###

Hi there!

We’re a Real Estate Wholesale company hiring a GoHighLevel expert to manage our GoHighLevel platform in 2 areas:

1. Building webpages and funnels using the GoHighLevel Builder > Extensive experience
2. Building and managing automations that handle all communications with Sellers and Buyers/Investors.

This is a hands-on role. You will build, run, and optimize funnels and multi-channel follow-up systems that nurture leads and increase appointments and contracts.

We need someone who’s FAST, RELIABLE, PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN, & HONEST with their time.

What you’ll do
You will build and manage landing pages, websites, and funnels using GoHighLevel Builder.
You will create and optimize forms, calendars, surveys, and lead capture flows inside GoHighLevel.
You will manage all communications for Sellers and Buyers/Investors through automated sequences.
You will build GoHighLevel Workflows including triggers, branching, stop rules, tagging, and routing.
You will build AI-assisted workflows using GPT-style tools to personalize messages, summarize conversations, detect intent, and route next steps.
You will manage multi-channel sequences including Email, SMS, RVM (ringless voicemail), and AI Voice follow-up.
You will own email deliverability and sending health including domain warm-up, inbox placement, list hygiene, throttling, and spam prevention.
You will track performance weekly and improve results through testing and iteration.
You will maintain CRM hygiene including pipeline stages, tags, custom fields, tasks, and accurate logging of all touchpoints.

Requirements (must-have)
3+ years experience in GoHighLevel funnels, marketing automation, lifecycle communications, or CR ---------- ssaging with hands-on execution.
Strong GoHighLevel experience including funnel/page building and workflow automation.
Strong AI + automation experience including prompt workflows, GPT personalization, and automation logic.
Experience with integrations including Zapier/Make, webhooks, and connecting external tools to GoHighLevel.
High-level English speaking and writing and strong copywriting for conversion.
Performance-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs and improving them through testing.
Real estate experience is a big advantage and CRM experience is required.


Nice to have
Twilio and SMS best practices experience.
Experience with RVM providers and AI voice tools including routing and alerts.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta/Google pixels and basic attribution.
