Role Title: Clarity Call Specialist
Company: Avivar Co.
Location: Remote
About Avivar
Avivar is a clarity-first consulting firm. We work with business owners and leadership teams to realign operations, people, and performance from the inside out. Every engagement begins with a 20-minute Clarity Call.
This call is not a sales pitch. It is a moment of truth.
The Role:
We are hiring a Clarity Call Specialist to lead our initial client conversations.
You will be the first human interaction a potential client has with Avivar. Your role is to guide the conversation, understand the business at a high level, identify alignment, and determine if they are a fit for the next step.
You are not closing deals.
You are qualifying, building trust, and positioning the next step.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Conducting 20-minute Clarity Calls with business owners
Guiding structured conversations using Avivar’s framework
Asking the right questions to uncover real business challenges
Identifying whether the client is a fit for a Clarity Audit
Documenting key insights and handoff notes
Maintaining a calm, confident, and professional presence
What We’re Looking For:
Near-fluent to fluent English (this is non-negotiable)
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to guide conversations without sounding scripted
Confidence speaking with business owners and leadership teams
Emotionally intelligent and able to read people quickly
Organized and structured in note-taking
Ideal Background (Preferred, not required):
Experience in sales calls, discovery calls, or consulting intake
Background in business, operations, or client-facing roles
Experience working with Western clients
What This Role Is Not
-This is not telemarketing
-This is not high-pressure sales
-This is not reading from a script
Why Avivar
