We’re a fast-growing US-based construction company (Cottage Care Co.) looking for a confident Sales VA who knows how to turn conversations into booked jobs.

If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, handling objections, and closing opportunities, this is for you.

Experience in construction or home services is a big plus (understanding of language, terms, measurements, and job scope)

What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with warm & cold leads (homeowners + insurance agencies)
- Qualify prospects and book appointments
- Send follow-ups via SMS & email
- Update CRM and track leads

Pay & Incentives:
• $X depending on experience and skills
• Bonus per booked appointment
• Extra bonus for closed deals (high earning potential)

Schedule:
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM pHT)
