ABOUT US – We are an English sourcing & ecommerce business, we already have a small team here in China, now we are looking to add to this team by hiring in the Philippines. Our primary reason for hiring in the Philippines is we need people strong in English

ABOUT YOU - We are looking for experienced VA’s to work FULL-TIME for our company. The tasks performed will vary day to day so we are looking for someone with many skills. Here is a list of the skills required:

- BLOG WRITING – The ability to research and write articles and post directly to our website (WordPress), find reprehensive images to accompany the article

- SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING – Writing for our social media presence, researching articles and suggesting possible subjects for blog posts etc.

- ANALYSING DATA – You should be proficient with Excel as we may require you to analyse large volumes of data in excel, knowledge of pivot tables would be a good advantage (but not essential)

- PRODUCT COPYWRITING – The ability to write product descriptions and bullet points from research.

- CUSTOMER SERVICE – Dealing with customer enquiries with email and chat.

- GRAPHICS DESIGN – Skilled Knowledge in the use of Graphics Design software

We will expand out the tasks once we feel confident in your ability, we are willing to invest in you if required with training course etc, this is a long-term job

IMPORTANT: You need to agree to the following if you want to work for us: -
• Work For US exclusively (No other jobs during Monday - Friday)
• Available to work Monday – Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
• Available on SKYPE during working hours
• Agree to use time tracking software
