Recruitment Consultant - Generalist / Security

AB Recruit, part of Airborne Business Group, is looking for a remote Recruitment Consultant based in the Philippines to support our UK recruitment business.

AB Recruit is based in Colchester, near London, and works across generalist recruitment as well as specialist close protection and security personnel. We are looking for someone confident, organised, and comfortable speaking to UK clients and candidates.

This is a 360 recruitment role, so you will be involved in both business development and candidate delivery. Business development will be a major part of the job, including outbound calls to potential clients, lead generation, follow-ups, and helping win new vacancies.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to UK businesses
Identify hiring needs and new recruitment opportunities
Source and approach candidates
Screen candidates by phone
Write clear candidate notes and summaries
Arrange interviews and manage follow-ups
Keep the recruitment system updated
Support the full recruitment process from client lead to placement
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English
Previous recruitment, sales, telesales, or outbound calling experience
Confidence speaking to UK clients and candidates
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Reliable internet and a quiet working setup
Availability to work UK business hours, or close overlap
Desirable
Previous UK recruitment experience
Experience in 360 recruitment or business development
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, or ATS systems
Security, close protection, facilities, construction, or generalist recruitment experience
