Ecommerce VA

We are a growing online webshop in the eCommerce space and we are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team and handle email support. Since we are expanding quickly, there is potential for your working hours to increase in the future.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via email using pre-made templates

Providing support with basic customer issues

Assisting with translations and responses using translation tools

Potential future tasks such as product listing and maintaining spreadsheets

Requirements:

Experience with email support (preferably with proof or references)

Strong written communication skills in English

Availability for part-time work with flexibility to increase hours in the future

Required tools and knowledge:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)

ChatGPT (for translation/response assistance)

DeepL (for translations)

Gmail (email management)
