Role Overview
We’re looking for a TikTok & Meta Ads Specialist to help us acquire users profitably. You will be working with a high volume of UGC-style content and responsible for turning it into scalable ad campaigns.
This role is highly performance-driven. Speed, testing, and data matter.
Responsibilities
Launch and manage TikTok Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for app installs
Test large volumes of creatives (50–200+ per week)
Identify winning ads and scale spend quickly
Optimize for CPI, CPA, and ROAS
Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rates daily
Work closely with creators/editors to improve ad performance
Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, attribution)
Provide daily updates on performance and testing insights
Requirements
Proven experience running TikTok Ads and/or Meta Ads (app installs preferred)
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS)
Experience scaling winning campaigns
Comfortable managing high creative volume and rapid testing
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making
Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience scaling mobile apps
Experience working with UGC-style ads
Familiarity with App Store funnels and conversion optimization
Experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
Ability to support
Compensation
$600–$1,200/month (based on experience)
Performance bonuses based on results
