JOB OVERVIEW

We are an NDIS-registered provider based in Australia, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Admin & Support Coordinator Assistant to support our growing team.

This role is ideal for an experienced offshore administrator who is confident working independently while supporting a fast-paced disability services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and update participant records and documentation
* Prepare service agreements, reports, and NDIS documentation
* Monitor and follow up on emails, referrals, and enquiries
* Assist with rostering and ShiftCare system updates
* Ensure all compliance documents are completed, signed, and filed correctly
* Support Support Coordinators with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Track service agreements, plan dates, and funding usage
* Maintain accurate data entry across systems (e.g., Xero, ShiftCare, Google Drive)
