JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimise our digital advertising across multiple platforms.

This role is focused on lead generation, conversion optimisation, and tracking performance, with HubSpot as a core requirement for managing pipelines, attribution, and campaign performance.

You will be responsible for turning traffic into qualified leads and booked appointments, working within a structured system and contributing to ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities
•? ?Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
•? ?Generate high-quality leads and improve cost-per-conversion
•? ?Build and optimise funnels from ad ? landing page ? form ? booking
•? ?Integrate and manage campaigns within HubSpot CRM
•? ?Track and analyse performance, including:
Lead source attribution
Conversion rates
Cost per lead
•? ?Optimise campaigns based on performance data and trends
•? ?Set up and manage:
Pixels, tracking, and conversion events
HubSpot forms, landing pages, and workflows
•? ?Continuously test creatives, copy, and audiences
•? ?Work closely with the team to align campaigns with business goals

What You Must Have
•? ?Strong experience with HubSpot (non-negotiable)
•? ?Proven experience running paid ads campaigns (Meta + Google minimum)
•? ?Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
•? ?Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns accordingly
•? ?Strong attention to detail and structured approach

Bonus
•? ?Experience in healthcare, allied health, or service-based industries
•? ?Experience with YouTube or LinkedIn Ads
•? ?Copywriting for ads and landing pages
•? ?Experience improving booking conversion rates
