Hiring: Full-Time Designer + Video Creator for Meta Ads (Philippines, Remote)

I run daily newsletter for founders, 130k+ subscribers, growing fast. We're based in Ireland.
I need a full-time designer who can also cut video. But this isn't just a design job. I need someone who understands how design works inside advertising - what makes a thumb stop, why one variant beats another, how creative drives CTR and CPA. If you've only made things that look nice, this isn't for you.

What the day looks like
* Regular calls with our Head of Growth to plan ad concepts
* You produce them — fast, in volume, with variants
* Mix of your own design/video skills and AI tools, including Weavy AI (it’s a new AI ad tool, very effective. No experience required)
* Other design work when it comes up — brand, landing pages, whatever the team needs?

What I need from you
* Real Meta ad experience. Show me ads that performed and tell me why.
* Strong design instincts for advertising specifically — hooks, hierarchy, message clarity
* Solid on static (Figma/Photoshop/Canva) and video (CapCut/Premiere/whatever)
* Already using AI creative tools. Bonus if you've used Weavy.
* Full-time, reliable, English fluency
* Ship volume without quality falling off?
