Short-Form Video Editor (Meta Ads / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)

We are a fast-growing business education and media company producing high-volume short-form content, paid ads, reels, and social clips across multiple platforms. We move quickly, create a lot of content, and are looking for a superstar editor who can keep up with a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class work consistently.

We are looking for someone long-term who wants consistent weekly work and the opportunity to grow with a serious brand.

What We Need
We are looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor who understands:

•Meta ads
•Instagram Reels
•YouTube Shorts
•TikTok-style editing
•Attention-grabbing hooks
•Retention editing
•Fast-paced captions
•Viral-style pacing
•Direct response ad editing

You must be able to take raw footage sent via WhatsApp or Google Drive and turn it into polished, engaging short-form content — often with next-day turnaround times.

Important:
This is NOT basic editing work.
We want someone who understands how to make content perform.

What You'll Be Doing
•Editing short-form videos for ads and organic social media
•Creating engaging captions/subtitles
•Adding music, sound effects, zooms, cuts, B-roll, hooks, and transitions
•Turning long-form content into multiple short clips
•Delivering edits quickly and consistently
•Communicating clearly and reliably with our team

What We're Looking For
•Excellent editing skills
•FAST turnaround times
•Strong understanding of social media content
•Experience editing for paid ads
•Ability to follow direction while also bringing creative ideas
•Reliable communication
•Ability to work independently
•Strong English communication skills
•Someone proactive, switched on, and detail-oriented

Software / Skills
You should be experienced with tools such as:
•CapCut
•Adobe Premiere Pro
•Final Cut Pro
•DaVinci Resolve
•Other professional editing software

Paid Trial
We will start with a paid trial.

You will be given 3 short videos to edit, and we will pay you for completing them. This allows us to assess:
•Editing quality
•Speed
•Creativity
•Understanding of short-form content and ads
•Communication and reliability

If successful, there will be ongoing weekly work available.
