We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily content operations, digital account management, and internal execution workflows.
This role is operations-focused, not a creative director position. You will execute defined processes, manage daily tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily digital operations across Google Business, social media accounts, content workflows, and sales support tasks.
You will work closely with the Founder and external teams to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately, on time, and according to established SOPs.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
40 hours per week
Fixed daily schedule (to be confirmed during onboarding)
No weekend work
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Monitor and respond to Google Business reviews daily
Ensure all reviews are replied to with brand-appropriate tone
Upload photos to Google Business when required
Confirm account health and status across assigned profiles
Social Media Operations
Manage assigned Instagram accounts
Post approved Reels and Stories only
Apply provided captions and hashtags
Engage with relevant content (likes and natural comments)
Ensure posts are published correctly and on schedule
Content & File Management
Complete assigned Canva tasks (thumbnails, story images, post visuals)
Save and organize files accurately in Google Drive
Follow strict folder structures and naming conventions
No independent design decisions unless instructed
Video Coordination (As Needed)
Review raw video files after filming days
Separate usable vs. unusable footage
Organize and label files for the editing team
Coordinate delivery status with external video editors
Sales Support Tasks
Review business cards and lead information provided by the Founder
Research business details via Google
Categorize leads (HOT / WARM / COLD)
Register leads in CRM
Create assigned sales kits
Meetings & Reporting
Participate in daily kickoff and wrap-up meetings
Maintain a daily task checklist
Provide end-of-day summaries and next-day priorities
Capture weekly performance screenshots (Instagram & Google Business)
Assist with monthly reporting and planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience with Google Drive, Canva, Instagram, and Google Business
Ability to follow SOPs precisely without repeated clarification
Excellent written English communication
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable

Zero missed reviews, uploads, or files
Consistent organization and documentation
Ability to execute independently once trained
Operating Structure
The Founder defines strategy, priorities, and direction.
