JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an organised, and self-motivated Administrator and marketing Executive to join our small but dynamic team. This role involves administrative tasks such as e-mails, PR (pitch writing and send outs), Creation of Blogs for website (topics and structure provided), outreach and general tasks.
Please Provide examples of previous projects/work to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client enquiries (template based).
Follow up client enquiries.
Write and send out PR pitches.
PR research and Journo research.
Write and Publish blogs on websites.

Email
Marketing
Lead generation (commission earned)
Ad Hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Proven experience in administration.
Understanding of SEO for blog writing
Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach and creative mindset.
Experience in PR or brand partnerships is a plus but not a must.
Experience with email marketing advantageous but not necessary.
Knowledge of the wedding industry advantageous but not necessary.
