JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Support / Appointment Setter to assist a US-based solar company.

This is a remote role for someone with strong communication skills and experience handling customers through calls, email, or chat.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries (calls, email, chat)
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Update CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
Ensure clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements:

Experience in customer support, call center, or VA roles
Good English communication (spoken and written)
Comfortable handling calls with US clients
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Can work US hours

Nice to have:

Experience in solar industry
Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce

Rate:

$4–$6/hour (depending on experience)
