Lead Sourcer (Google Maps Research – Sydney Food Businesses)

We are looking for a detail-oriented sourcer to find and qualify takeaway shops in Sydney.

This is NOT a general data entry role. Accuracy and judgement are critical.

Role:
• Research shops using Google Maps
• Identify only shops that meet strict criteria
• Enter clean, verified leads into Airtable

Requirements:
• Must follow instructions precisely
• Must be able to identify correct shop types (takeaway vs restaurant)
• Must check menus/photos before adding leads
• Accuracy is more important than speed

Criteria (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
• Takeaway-first shops only
• Must have a fryer
• Must sell fried items (spring rolls, dim sims, chips, etc.)
• NOT halal (must sell pork)
• NO restaurants, BBQ, cafes, or dine-in heavy shops

Output:
• 40–50 verified leads per day
• Each lead must include a short reason why it qualifies

This role can become long-term for the right person.

Compensation:
• AUD$600–700/month (full-time, Monday–Friday)
• Based on performance and quality of leads
• Opportunity for bonuses and long-term role for consistent performers
