Madeea is a UK based AI consultancy. We build AI agents and sales infrastructure for coaches and service businesses. We are scaling our own brand, the founder's personal brand, and our client brands. Lead activation is the backbone of every account we run, and we need a senior operator to own that layer across the portfolio.

The Role
You will own lead activation across our client brands. That means WhatsApp flows, SMS, chat, and the systems that move a cold lead to a booked call. You will work directly with the head of automation, on the same kind of work we already run for our other coaching clients. This is a senior seat. You will not be trained on the basics. You arrive with the playbook in your head and you ship from day one.

What You Will Do
-Build and maintain WhatsApp lead activation flows across multiple client brands.
-Design and run lead nurture sequences across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and chat.
-Diagnose broken automations and fix them at the root, not patch symptoms.
-Own the lead pipeline from first touch to booked call for the brands assigned to you.
-Work alongside the head of automation to absorb new client fulfillment as the agency scales.
-Document every workflow you build so the rest of the team can run and audit it.
-Report weekly on activation rates, response rates, and booked calls per brand.

You Are A Fit If
-You have at least three years building automations in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
-You have hands on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent AI coding tool. This is non negotiable. We build with AI assisted coding daily and you must already be fluent in that workflow.
-You have shipped WhatsApp Business API work in production. Twilio, 360dialog, or a similar provider.
-You understand CRM logic inside GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or an equivalent.
-You can read and write basic JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, webhooks, and API glue.
-You work without hand holding. You read the docs. You test before you ask.
-You write and speak fluent English.
-You are reachable on Slack and WhatsApp during UK or Manila working hours.

Bonus Points
-You have used the OpenAI or Anthropic APIs inside production automation workflows.
-You have worked agency side and juggled fulfillment across several client brands at once.
-You have a background in lead generation, appointment setting, or coaching industry systems.

What We Are NOT Looking For
X Juniors who need a curriculum. We do not train on basics.
X Generalists who do a bit of everything. We need a focused lead activation specialist.
X Agencies or freelancers. This is an in house seat.
