MadeEA is a UK based AI consultancy. We build AI agents and sales infrastructure for coaches and service businesses. We are scaling our own brand, the founder's personal brand, and our client brands across social media.

The Role
You will run lead generation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for MadeEA and our clients. Your job is to bring qualified inbound leads into our calendar through organic content, outbound DMs, and engagement strategy. This is a full time, long term seat. We want someone who treats this as a career, not a contract.

What You Will Do
-Build and execute a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
-Run outbound and engagement strategy on each platform every working day.
-Track the pipeline from impression to booked call. Report weekly with platform breakdowns.
-Test and iterate on hooks, formats, and calls to action every week.
-Coordinate with our video editors and copywriters on what assets you need.
-Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and adjust playbooks accordingly.

You Are A Fit If
-You have run lead generation on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for at least two years.
-You can show booked calls or qualified leads you generated. Follower counts alone are not enough.
-You understand the difference between vanity metrics and revenue metrics.
-You write English copy that converts.
-You work UK or Manila hours and are reachable on Slack and WhatsApp during the workday.

Bonus Points
-Experience in the coaching, AI, or B2B services niches.
-Familiar with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM.
-You have built a paying audience for your own personal brand.

What We Are NOT Looking For
X Email outreach specialists. We are paused on email for now.
X Generalists who do a bit of everything. We need a focused social specialist.
X Agencies or consultants. This is an in house seat.
