Sales Admin Manager

Job Overview
This role serves as the primary conduit for domestic trade customer orders and administrative needs across the USA, UK, and Europe. The successful candidate takes full ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring the accurate delivery of goods from 3PL warehouses to major global retailers.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications
Experience Level: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced consumer goods sales administration, customer service, or operations environment.

EDI Expertise: Must have hands-on experience managing the order-to-cash process via EDI with major retailers. This includes working knowledge of transaction sets 850 (PO), 856 (ASN), and 810 (Invoice), as well as the ability to troubleshoot EDI exceptions.

US Retail & Compliance: Direct experience using US big-box retail vendor portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, Costco Supplier Portal) is required. Candidates must be familiar with retailer routing guides, vendor scorecards (e.g., Walmart OTIF), and chargeback management.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders and coordinate shipment routing with carriers within strict delivery windows.

Invoicing & Payments: Execute customer invoicing and monitor payment activity.

System Maintenance: Onboard new customers and manage item setup within the NetSuite ERP system.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for retail operations teams and collaborate internally with Sales, Finance, and IT departments.

Work Arrangement & Location
Location: Candidates must be located in Metro Manila, NCR.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT.

Setup: This is a remote, work-from-home position. A dedicated workspace and stable high-speed internet are mandatory; a laptop is provided.

Term: Renewable 1-year contract.
