JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing business funding and credit consulting company looking for a high-output setter who can own both inbound and outbound lead flow across multiple channels.

This role is the front line of our sales process. You're not just booking calls. You're qualifying prospects, building rapport, and making sure only the right people get in front of our closers. When lead flow is slow, you're not waiting around — you're in the DMs and on the phone creating your own pipeline.

What you'll actually be doing:

Managing inbound and outbound ---------- on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Cold calling prospects when inbound lead flow is slow to keep the pipeline full. Qualifying leads against hard criteria before booking them on the calendar. Confirming appointments and reducing no-show rates through follow-up. Communicating clearly and professionally across every channel. Reporting daily on outreach activity, conversations started, and calls booked.

Who you are:

You speak perfect English with no heavy accent — this is non-negotiable. You're a natural on the phone and in writing. You know how to disqualify someone fast without burning the relationship. You're self-managed, consistent, and don't need to be chased to hit your numbers. You understand credit repair and business funding well enough to have intelligent conversations with prospects and handle basic objections. You've done this before and have the results to show for it.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of phone-based support or sales experience. Fluent English speaker with no heavy accent required. Prior experience in credit repair, business funding, or a closely related financial service. Proven appointment setting experience both over the phone and through DMs. Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram outreach. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during core business hours.

Nice to have:

Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM. Background in high-ticket sales environments. Existing knowledge of credit qualification criteria or business funding requirements.

Compensation:

Base pay + performance bonuses tied to show rate and closed deals.
