About the Role
We're an international content agency managing creators across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We're hiring ONE experienced editor who understands that the first 1.5 seconds d

What You'll Do
- Edit raw footage for ~5 creators
- Deliver 15–25 short-form videos per day (most under 20 seconds)
- Cut for retention: strong hooks, tight pacing, zero dead frames
- Add captions, on-screen text, synced sounds, mini effects
- Hold consistent quality at high volume
A skilled editor handles one creator's daily output in 20–30 minutes.
Compensation (USD, paid via Wise / Payoneer)
Full-Time (preferred) — 40h/week, 6 days, exclusive
Junior (1–2y): $500–$650 · Mid (2–4y): $650–$900 · Senior (4+y): $900–$1,200
Part-Time — 3–4h/day, 7 days/week
Junior: $350–$450 · Mid: $450–$650 · Senior: $650–$850
Hard Requirements
- Min. 2 years professional short-form editing (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
- Public portfolio with live published videos that performed — no showreels
- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, or After Effects
- Deep understanding of hooks, retention, viewer psychology
- Excellent written + spoken English
- Reliable, hits daily deadlines without being chased
