JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a creative, AI-savvy producer to make scroll-stopping video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You'll use AI tools to turn briefs and ideas into finished ads — fast.

You'll be supported on creative strategy: briefs, hooks, and angles will be developed with you. Your job is to bring them to life through prompting, AI video generation, and editing — and to keep getting better at it.

This is a hands-on production role. We need someone who prompts like a pro, edits like a creator, and ships ads quickly.

What You'll Do:
- Produce AI-generated videos using Higgsfield (and similar tools) — characters, scenes, motion, voice overs.
- Write structured prompts in Claude to generate scripts, hooks, ad copy, and creative variations.
- Edit and polish ads in CapCut: cuts, captions, transitions, sound design, branding.
- Research winning ads using spy tools (TrendTrack, BrandSearch, or similar) to find references, hooks, and angles to adapt.
- Iterate fast. Ship multiple variations per brief, learn from what performs, and apply it to the next batch.
- Stay current on new AI creative tools and bring fresh techniques to the team.

Don't worry — you won't be doing strategy alone. We'll work with you on briefs, hooks, and angles. Over time, as you grow into the role, you'll have more input on creative direction.

What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Claude for advanced prompting — structured prompts that produce reliable, high-quality outputs.
- Working knowledge of Higgsfield or similar AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, etc.).
- Proficiency in CapCut for fast, high-quality video editing.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads creative formats and what makes them work (hooks, pacing, UGC style, direct-response basics).
- Experience with at least one ad spy tool is a plus (TrendTrack, BrandSearch, Foreplay, Minea, or similar).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Reliable internet, a capable computer, and a quiet workspace.

Nice to Have:
- A portfolio of ads that have run on Meta with measurable results.
- Experience with DTC, e-commerce, or info-product brands.
- Familiarity with ElevenLabs, or other supporting AI tools.
