Instagram and Facebook DM Outreach Assistant Real Estate Development Bra

We’re hiring a motivated, engaging DM Outreach Assistant to start natural, human conversations with people who already engage with our real estate content on Instagram and Facebook.

This role supports Developer Launch, a real estate development education brand that teaches everyday professionals how to build and own small multifamily real estate projects (not flipping, not wholesaling).

About the Brand – Developer Launch

Developer Launch helps people:

* Move from passive investing into active real estate development
* Learn how to build small multifamily properties step-by-step
* Understand financing, construction, and development without being full-time builders

Your role is to start conversations with people who already follow or engage with this content and invite the right people to a free live training webinar.

This is NOT cold outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Manually DMing:
* New Instagram followers
* People who like or comment on posts
* Facebook content ----------
* Starting natural, curiosity-based conversations
* Lightly qualifying interest
* Inviting qualified people to a free real estate development webinar
* Keeping messages short, human, and non-pushy
* Logging outcomes clearly

Important Technical Requirement (Read Carefully)

We do NOT:

* Share Instagram or Facebook login credentials
* Use ManyChat (it does NOT allow follower DMs)
* Rely solely on Meta Business Suite follower lists

You must already know—or be able to clearly explain—how you will:

* Identify recent followers and engagers
* DM them manually
* Do this without direct account login
* Stay compliant with Meta rules

This is a problem-solving role, not a plug-and-play one.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong written English (clear, casual, professional)
* Naturally conversational — not salesy, not robotic
* Comfortable talking about:
* Real estate
* Business
* Investing
* Personal growth
* Familiar with Instagram & Facebook ---------- inboxes
* Experience with Meta Business Suite is a strong plus
* Able to follow simple frameworks while sounding human
* Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented

Pay Structure

Base Pay

* $5–$7 USD per hour (based on experience)
* 10–20 hours per week to start
* Opportunity to scale quickly

Performance Bonuses

* Weekly bonuses for DM volume + reply rates
* Bonus per qualified webinar registration
* Monthly consistency and quality bonuses

Commission (Upside)

* Commission for webinar attendees that book a call
* Top performers can earn significantly more than base pay
