JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support campaign execution, HubSpot operations, reporting, and cross-team coordination. This role is focused on improving speed of execution, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and ensuring consistent campaign tracking and reporting across all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, deadline-driven, and capable of handling rapid campaign deployment while maintaining accuracy and quality across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Setup & Execution
- Build, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, blogs, landing pages, social media, and press releases
- Ensure campaigns are properly set up with correct tracking, tagging, and attribution in HubSpot
- Support campaign deployment from planning through execution
2. Rapid Campaign Deployment
- Execute time-sensitive campaigns within 24–72 hours
- Assist in launching POV campaigns including blog content, email marketing, social media posts, and press releases
- Ensure quick turnaround without compromising quality and consistency
3. Campaign Management & Coordination
- Manage campaign calendars and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for campaign requirements and deliverables
- Follow up on timelines and maintain smooth workflow across departments
4. HubSpot Campaign Structuring
- Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns following proper naming conventions and asset organization
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking for reporting and attribution purposes
- Ensure all campaign assets are properly linked and monitored inside HubSpot
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and monitor campaign performance reports including:
- Email performance (open rates, CTR, engagement)
- Social media engagement (impressions, clicks, interactions)
- Lead generation metrics (form submissions, contacts created)
- Funnel performance (meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
- Campaign attribution and influenced contacts
6. Continuous Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend optimizations across messaging, channels, and conversion strategies
- Support testing and adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and results
7. Basic Creative Support
- Assist in creating and editing basic marketing visuals such as social media graphics, email banners, blog images, landing page assets, and presentation materials
- Support quick-turnaround design needs for campaign deployment while maintaining brand consistency
- Coordinate with the design team for larger or more complex creative requirements

Expected Outcomes
- Support faster campaign execution within 24–72 hours for rapid campaigns
- Assist in managing 6–10 concurrent campaigns effectively
- Improve campaign consistency, tracking, and reporting accuracy
- Maximize HubSpot utilization for campaign management and optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in marketing support, campaign coordination, or digital marketing is an advantage
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with comfort in reviewing campaign data and performance metrics
- Basic skills in graphic design and image editing using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
- Ability to create simple marketing visuals while following brand guidelines and campaign objectives
