Video Editor for Online Course — Short Talking Head Lessons

The Project:
I've recorded 15-20 short lessons for an online course. Raw videos are 5-10 minutes; final cuts should be around 5 minutes. Editing is straightforward: cut filler (ums, restarts, dead air), tighten pacing, basic polish. Not motion-graphics work — clean and clear is the goal.

Video Tasks:
- Trim filler and pauses
- Light audio cleanup (normalize, basic noise reduction)
- Add captions/subtitles
- Add intro/outro bumper if I provide one
- Export as MP4 ready for upload

Requirements:
- Prior experience editing course or YouTube-style talking head video (samples required)
- Strong sense of pacing — knows when to cut
- Reliable turnaround
- Can work from a list of timestamps if I provide cuts, or use your own judgment if I don't
