Social Media VA – Real Estate Content Execution

I’m a real estate agent based in Rapid City, SD looking for a skilled Social Media VA to help execute consistent, elevated content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

How this works: I provide the direction, raw video / images, and concepts. You execute.
I use Coffee and Contracts, Canva, edits and ManyChat. The personal side of my content stays with me. What I need is someone who can take what I hand them and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping content that doesn’t look or sound like every other agent’s page.

I’m particular. My content needs to feel clean, elevated, and uniquely mine and personal. Not templated, not AI sounding, not something that could be dropped onto another agent’s account.

Responsibilities
-Batch create content in Canva including carousels, graphics, reel covers, and post designs using my brand fonts and colors
-Customize Coffee and Contracts content to fit my brand, not used as-is
-Write captions that sound like me. Conversational and natural
-Use AI tools to refine tone, not replace it
-Manage ManyChat including comment triggers and engagement hooks using my existing guides
-Load all content into Rella for review before and I will schedule content
-Repurpose content across platforms once I build up my content base
-Elevate listing content for pre-market, just listed, and active listings with strong hooks and clean execution

Requirements
-Advanced Canva skills. You can build from scratch, not just edit templates
-Real estate social media experience preferred
-Strong understanding of hooks and what performs
-Experience with ManyChat or ability to learn quickly
-Strong writing skills that sound human
-Efficient. Not looking for someone who spends hours on one reel
-Able to take feedback and revise quickly without pushback
-Must have some overlap with US working hours for communication

Things to Know
-I post all content
-You load content into Rella. I review and schedule
-I post my own listings and manage my grid
-Canva and Coffee and Contracts are already set up
