Email, SMS & Ambassador Community Coordinator (Ecommerce Brand)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and reliable tea ---------- mber to manage our email and SMS marketing while helping us build a strong ambassador community.

This role is not just about sending emails — it’s about communicating with our audience and ambassadors in a way that feels personal, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Marketing (Shopify Email):
- Design and send high-quality emails (product drops, restocks, updates)
- Write engaging, on-brand copy that feels natural and personal
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone
- Send emails frequently (3–7 per week)

SMS Marketing:
- Write and send short, engaging SMS messages
- Keep messaging aligned with brand voice

Ambassador Community:
- Communicate with ambassadors in a friendly, community-driven way
- Send updates about drops, campaigns, and opportunities
- Help ambassadors feel included and part of the brand
- Support onboarding of new ambassadors
- Track basic ambassador info and activity

Content & Brand Voice:
- Help maintain a consistent brand tone across all communication
- Organize content from creators
- Ensure everything feels cohesive and aligned with the brand aesthetic

Requirements:
- Strong written English (must sound natural and conversational)
- Experience designing email templates (Shopify Email, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Good eye for design and branding
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable communicating with creators and ambassadors

Nice to Have:
- Experience in ecommerce or fashion brands
- Experience working with influencers or ambassador programs
- Understanding of social media (TikTok/Instagram)

Compensation:
- Monthly salary (based on experience)

- Flexible, with some overlap with US hours preferred
