About the Role
We are a U.S.-based B2B software company in the energy industry.
You will work directly with our Head of Marketing to execute marketing operations, campaigns, and CRM management inside HubSpot.
This is not a social media or content-only role.
Your job is to translate marketing direction into clean, structured execution inside our systems.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. HubSpot CRM Management
- Clean and maintain contact and company data (duplicates, invalid
- Manage lists, properties, and segmentation
- Perform ongoing data hygiene and enrichment (
- Ensure CRM accuracy and usability
2. Marketing Automation
- Build and maintain workflows (lead routing, nurture sequences, follow-ups)
- Execute drip campaigns (including state-specific campaigns)
- Support outbound automation
- Troubleshoot workflow and data issues
3. Campaign Execution
- Build and send
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with event follow-up campaigns
- Connect tools (Appcues, forms, etc.) into HubSpot
4. Lead Management
- Maintain and improve lead scoring (with guidance)
- Review inbound leads and ensure proper routing
- Identify and clean low-quality or invalid leads
5. Reporting & Data
- Prepare reports on campaign performance
- Ensure tracking and data consistency
- Identify issues (broken workflows, missing data, etc.)
6. Systems Support
- Assist with integrations (QuickBooks sync, internal tools)
- Help maintain clean data flow between systems
What Success Looks Like
- HubSpot data is clean, organized, and reliable
- Campaigns are executed on time with minimal errors
- Marketing operations run smoothly without constant oversight
- You can take direction and turn it into completed work
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with HubSpot OR similar CRM , and Marketing operations, admin, or automation support
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written English
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
