Lead Researcher — Find Business Owners Asking for AI Help

We're a US-based AI consultancy. We're hiring a sharp lead researcher to find people on Facebook and ---------- who are publicly asking for the kind of help we provide.

This is a structured, well-defined role with clear criteria, weekly feedback, and room to grow. We want to hire one person and keep them long-term.

What you'll actually do:

Spend 15-20 hrs per week monitoring a list of Facebook groups and ---------- . When you find a real lead, you log it in our Google Sheet with a link, a short summary, and a quote from their post.

A "real lead" is someone who is:
- A business owner, consultant, or executive (not a hobbyist or employee venting)
- Openly asking how to start with AI, asking for tool/consultant recommendations, stuck on an AI project, coaching, or complaining about manual work AI could solve

We'll give you the full criteria, the source list, the spreadsheet template, and feedback weekly.

Target output: 30-40 qualified leads per week. Quality matters far more than volume — we'd rather have 20 great leads than 100 mediocre ones.

Who this is for:

- Strong written English (you'll be reading business posts and judging intent)
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Active ---------- and Facebook user (you understand how these platforms feel)
- Reliable, self-directed, communicates clearly when stuck

Available during US hours (roughly 9am–5pm Eastern, Mon–Fri). This is non-negotiable — fresh posts go cold fast, and we need someone working when our prospects are posting.

You don't need to be technical or know AI tools, though familiarity helps. You need to be able to read a post and tell whether someone is genuinely asking for help.
