Project Manager for Audiobook Production Service

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a growing audiobook production service.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects, communicate well with clients, coordinate with a team, and use AI tools to work more efficiently.

You will help keep audiobook projects organized from client intake to final delivery, making sure timelines, tasks, and communication are clear and updated.


SHIFT
Philippine daytime hours with required overlap with U.S. Mountain Time (early morning OR late afternoon PH time)


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage audiobook projects using ClickUp or similar tools
- Track tasks, deadlines, project updates, and client progress
- Communicate with clients professionally and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers such as audio engineers and studio staff
- Prepare agreements, intake forms, project files, and reports
- Help schedule recording sessions and meetings
- Organize manuscripts and production assets
- Support audiobook distribution uploads
- Assist with LinkedIn outreach and basic social media tasks
- Improve workflows and help create SOPs


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in audiobooks, publishing, podcasting, or creative production
- Experience managing projects for a service-based business
