Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transaction Coordinator with Florida real estate experience.
This role requires someone who can independently manage transactions from contract to closing with minimal supervision.
Do not apply if you do not have direct Florida real estate transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
* Prepare and review contracts, offers, and listing agreements
* Handle MLS listings, updates, and compliance documentation
* Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, appraisers, and attorneys
* Track all deadlines (inspection, financing, appraisal, closing)
* Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings
* Submit and follow up on required documents and signatures
* Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant
* Maintain clear communication with buyers, sellers, and agents
* Organize and manage transaction systems and records

Requirements (Strict):
* Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator in Florida real estate (required)
* Strong knowledge of contracts, offers, and full closing process
* Hands-on experience with MLS and listing management
* Experience with Simplicity Forms or similar real estate platforms/forms
* Ability to manage transactions independently from start to finish
* Excellent English communication skills (clients, agents, attorneys)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Work Schedule:
* Part-time initially ? Full-time opportunity
* Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Florida time)
