ABOUT US
We are an established U.S.-made furniture brand. We've been selling on Amazon for 3 years and just had a six-figure revenue month on Amazon alone. We just started on Wayfair and we're currently doing about $5,000/month because we don't yet know what we're doing on the platform. We're looking for someone to take our existing Amazon brand and SKUs, get them properly listed and optimized on Wayfair, and continue adding more SKUs as we grow.
We believe Wayfair can do at least half of what we do on Amazon since the platform is furniture-focused. At peak, we project $10,000 to $20,000/month in net profit on Wayfair. That's an extra $1,000 to $2,000/month in your pocket on top of your hourly base, just for managing and growing the account. High upside for someone who wants to share in the growth.
THE ROLE
You will own the Wayfair channel: listings, ads, ongoing optimization, image strategy, and monthly P&L reporting. This is not a tactical-only listing role. We want someone who thinks like an account manager and treats this like their channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Audit existing SKUs and identify gaps or compliance issues
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, and images for Wayfair SEO and conversion
• Conduct keyword research specific to the furniture category
• Upload new SKUs, variations, images, and product specs accurately via bulk uploads
• Manage Wayfair ads: campaign setup, optimization, budget allocation
• Recommend new or improved product images and graphics when needed to improve listing performance. Be able to identify gaps versus bestsellers and articulate why our images need to look more like X, Y, Z to convert better.
• Ensure listings follow Wayfair's content guidelines, image requirements, and category rules
• Send a monthly P&L report covering revenue, COGS, ad spend, returns, and net profit. Founder verifies all numbers each month.
• Provide weekly progress reports
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven hands-on experience GROWING a Wayfair account (please specify which accounts and how much you grew them)
• Wayfair Partner Home experience required
• Background in listing optimization and Wayfair SEO
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, bulk edits, data validation)
• Experience managing Wayfair ads
• Strong eye for product imagery and ability to articulate what makes a listing convert
• Excellent attention to detail
• Conversational English written communication
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience selling furniture or home goods online at scale
• Familiarity with Amazon, Etsy, or other ecommerce platforms
• Experience with image/asset management
