JOB OVERVIEW

PODCAST PRODUCTION & GRAPHIC DESIGN VA
Remote · Full-Time · 8AM–5PM Pacific Standard Time
40 hrs/week ·

This is not a general VA role. This is a dual-skill creative position for someone who can take raw content and turn it into polished, published work — across both audio and visuals — for a personal brand that is built to grow.

??????????????????????????????????????????????

WHO WE ARE

We are PRSPCTV Brands — a marketing, media, and personal brand company built around the vision of Anthony P. Langdon. At the center of everything is a message about ownership, discipline, personal growth, and becoming the best version of yourself so you can show up fully for the people around you.

We are launching a podcast targeting high-performing entrepreneurs and operators. We are also producing content across four brands simultaneously. We need someone who can execute at a high level, meet deadlines without being chased, and take pride in the quality of what they put out.

If you are someone who obsesses over clean audio, crisp visuals, and getting things done right — keep reading.

??????????????????????????????????????????????

THE ROLE

You will own two things: podcast production and graphic design. These are not two separate part-time jobs stitched together — they are two creative skill sets that work together to bring Anthony's content to life and get it in front of more people.

You will take raw recordings and turn them into polished published episodes. You will take brand direction and turn it into visuals that stop people from scrolling. You will report to Jared and work inside a team that moves fast and holds a high standard.

??????????????????????????????????????????????

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

PODCAST PRODUCTION
• Edit raw podcast recordings — audio cleanup, removing filler words, adding intro/outro
• Export final audio and video versions per platform specs
• Upload episodes to hosting platform and schedule publication
• Write episode titles, descriptions, and show notes in brand voice
• Distribute episodes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and others
• Create episode audiograms and promotional assets for social media

GRAPHIC DESIGN
• Create social media graphics, cover images, and story templates
• Design thumbnails for YouTube and podcast episodes
• Produce ad creatives and promotional materials per brand
• Maintain brand consistency across all PRSPCTV sub-brands
• Deliver editable source files (Canva or Adobe) alongside final exports
• Turn around revisions quickly based on feedback from Jared

??????????????????????????????????????????????

WHO YOU ARE

You are someone who:

• Has produced and published real podcast episodes — not just edited audio, but taken a project from raw recording to live on Spotify and Apple Podcasts
• Has a strong design portfolio with brand-consistent work you are proud of
• Is proficient with Descript, Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar podcast tools
• Is proficient in Canva Pro and/or Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Understands podcast hosting platforms — Buzzsprout, Podbean, Spotify for Podcasters, etc.
• Can write show notes and episode descriptions in compelling, brand-appropriate language
• Understands visual hierarchy, typography, and on-brand color usage
• Can work across multiple brand identities without mixing styles
• Delivers clean, correctly named, organized files — on time, every time
• Is reliable with deadlines — episodes must publish on schedule, no exceptions

You do not need to be the loudest person in the room. You need to be the most dependable one.

HOW TO APPLY — READ THIS CAREFULLY

We have designed this process intentionally. If you cannot follow these steps exactly, this is not the role for you. If you can — it tells us everything we need to know about how you operate.

STEP 1: RECORD A 90-SECOND VIDEO

Record a 90-second video answering these three questions. Use Loom, your phone, or any recording tool. Keep it natural — we want to hear who you actually are.

Q1. Walk us through a podcast episode you produced from start to finish — what tools did you use and what did the final product look like?
We want to know you have actually done this, not just that you know how. Be specific about your process.

Q2. Show us or describe 2–3 design pieces you are most proud of — what were they for and what made them effective?
Portfolio links are required (see Step 2), but use this question to tell us the story behind the work.

Q3. How do you manage your time when you have multiple deadlines across different projects at once?
This role requires both podcast and design output on consistent schedules. We want to know how you stay on top of it.

STEP 2: EMAIL US THE NEXT DAY AT 9:00 AM PST

Send the following to ----------

• Your video link
• A link to at least 2 published podcast episodes you produced
• A portfolio link showing at least 5 design pieces (Behance, Google Drive, or similar)
• Your available start date

Applications sent at the wrong time or without the correct subject line will not be reviewed.

YOUR EMAIL SUBJECT LINE MUST READ EXACTLY:
"PRSPCTV Creative VA — [Your Full Name]"
Applications without this exact subject line will not be opened.

STEP 3: WE REVIEW AND RESPOND

We review every application personally. Candidates who move forward will be contacted for a brief interview. We move quickly when we find the right person.

??????????????????????????????????????????????

We are building something real.
We need someone who can help us look and sound like it.
