We have discovered the planning and execution process ot getting our drivers on the road, where they are able to have stable work come their way. Today, our team is constantly developing and improving our logistics for our vendors and drivers.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to oversee our daily purchase order (PO) flows, manage freight dispatch, and ensure seamless communication between our suppliers, warehouses, and delivery drivers. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can track moving parts across the supply chain, prevent stock-outs, and maintain our e-commerce marketplace visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order & Inventory Management

PO Monitoring: Monitor supplier purchase orders and update daily truckload and warehouse request tracking sheets across our e-commerce and wholesale channels.

Workflow Tracking: Conduct daily reviews of our project management software to track logistics workflows and prioritize pending tasks.

Replenishment: Monitor warehouse stock levels and proactively identify and process the specific POs needed to replenish product pallets before stock-outs occur.

Weekly Routing: Pull weekly POs required for warehouse routing and coordinate appropriate driver assignments.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

Freight Tracking: Track PO pickup and delivery times to ensure on-time performance from our carriers.

Proactive Follow-up: Conduct daily checks on supplier portals to confirm freight pickups. If a PO has not been picked up, immediately contact the dispatcher to determine the root cause and resolve the delay.

Documentation: Generate, manage, and distribute accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) to the warehouse teams.

Communication & Vendor Relations

Warehouse Liaison: Manage daily warehouse communication alongside the internal logistics team, ensuring distribution centers process and return the correct paperwork promptly.

Supplier Relations: Email and collaborate with supplier execution teams the ---------- nt supply chain or loading problems arise.

Driver Support: Troubleshoot on-the-road issues directly with drivers, implementing solutions after coordinating with our vendors.

Reporting & E-Commerce Support

Logistics Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports on key logistics metrics, including driver issues (e.g., Truck Ordered Not Used / TONU), PO volume by product SKU, missed or rescheduled loads, and overall delivery amounts.

Marketplace Monitoring: Participate in a scheduled weekend rotation to monitor our e-commerce marketplace performance (e.g., managing Buy Box visibility) to ensure continuous sales flow.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, dispatching, or inventory management.

Familiarity with standard shipping documentation, specifically Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Purchase Orders (POs).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot driver and warehouse issues on the fly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating between vendors, drivers, and internal teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proficiency in project management software.

Requirement: Must be available to participate in a weekend rotation schedule for e-commerce monitoring.
