Social Media & Content Assistant
This part-time position is to find a self-starter and detail-oriented individual who has an excellent grasp of the English language and is highly competent across content platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
You will be familiar and competent with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Metricool, Manychat
Experience using Claude is a bonus.
You’ll be the lead content person to manage and amplify a personal brand - Repurposing content across multiple platforms and ensuring a consistent, on-brand presence with a warm, growing community.
You’ll be working alongside a coach/speaker/author as her right-hand content assistant.
Experience repurposing content across multiple social platforms is a non-negotiable.
You must have hands-on experience editing reels, designing carousels, scheduling posts, and managing community engagement at a professional standard.
Additional bonus if you have previous experience supporting coaches, speakers, or personal brands.
Main responsibilities:
- Repurposing existing content (reels, videos, clips) into carousels, quote graphics, and short-form reels
- Writing and adapting captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Scheduling and posting content consistently across all platforms
- Daily community management — replying to comments, responding to DMs, welcoming new followers
- Identifying and flagging high-quality conversations, potential clients, and speaking/event opportunities
- Maintaining a structured content library (videos, clips, graphics, captions, quotes) so everything is easy to find and reuse
- Producing a short weekly report covering top-performing content, engagement insights, audience growth, and key learnings
Required skills:
- Confident across Canva and CapCut (or equivalent design/editing tools)
- Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Excellent design eye for carousels, quote graphics, and short-form video
- Basic understanding of social media growth and engagement principles
- Comfortable working from clear structures, templates, and brand guidelines

Work Schedule:
This position is part-time, hours will vary. Communication will be on WhatsApp Monday to Friday between 8AM (GMT) to 1PM (GMT). These hours are not flexible.
However, your working schedule is your own! As long as your work is completed by our defined deadlines and posts go live on time, you can execute tasks in your own time outside of these hours.
There is an opportunity for more work as the role progresses.
