JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a high-output cold caller responsible for generating motivated seller leads for residential and small multifamily properties. The role is volume-driven and performance-focused, requiring consistent dialing, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and qualify potential deals.

Key Responsibilities
Make 50-75 contacts per day using provided dialer and data
Contact property owners across RI, MA, and CT to identify selling interest
Follow a structured script while adapting to real conversations
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
Collect accurate property and seller information
Log all call outcomes and notes in CRM (e.g., Podio)
