Patient Appointment Setter & Sales Rep (Med Spa)

We are a US-based done-for-you patient acquisition agency for medical spas. We run Meta ads, build landing pages, and generate inbound leads for our med spa clients across the United States. We need a sharp, motivated appointment setter and phone sales rep to call those leads, answer questions, book appointments, and collect deposits.

What You'll Do:

Call inbound leads within 60 seconds of them filling out a form (speed is everything)
Follow a proven phone script to book appointments for med spa clients
Send and respond to SMS follow-up sequences (we have a full 8-text script you'll be trained on)
Answer common questions about treatments (microneedling, body contouring, injectables, etc.)
Collect a deposit over the phone to hold the appointment
Handle basic objections using trained scripts
Update lead statuses in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
Coordinate with our team on client calendars and availability
Other admin/outreach tasks as assigned
You're a Great Fit If You:

Have excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent required)
Are comfortable on the phone and confident — not timid
Are a fast learner who follows systems and scripts precisely
Have experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
Are familiar with GoHighLevel or any CRM (preferred, not required)
Are available during US business hours (Central Time — Iowa)
Are self-motivated and don't need micromanaging
Training Provided: Full script, objection handling playbook, CRM walkthrough, and daily support. You don't need to know med spas — we'll teach you everything.
