Certified GoHighLevel Agency Mode Specialist | Workflow & Automation Builder

We are hiring an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help build and manage agency-mode GoHighLevel systems.

You must already understand GoHighLevel Agency Mode, sub-accounts, snapshots, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, tags, custom fields, forms/surveys, triggers, workflows, automations, webhooks, and client onboarding flows.

This role is not for a beginner. We need someone who can build clean, organized GHL workflows for multiple client accounts and document what was built.

Responsibilities:
- Build and configure GoHighLevel workflows in agency mode
- Create and manage pipelines, stages, tags, custom fields, calendars, forms, and automations
- Build snapshots and duplicate systems across client sub-accounts
- Connect GHL to external tools through webhooks, APIs, n8n, webhooks, etc.
- Test workflows before handoff and fix errors
- Document each workflow, trigger, tag, pipeline, and automation
- Keep client accounts organized and scalable

Required experience:
- Strong GoHighLevel experience
- Experience working inside agency accounts and sub-accounts
- Workflow automation experience
- Ability to troubleshoot broken workflows
- Good written communication
- Ability to follow SOPs and document work clearly

Preferred:
- GoHighLevel certification
- Experience with SaaS Mode
- Experience with n8n, Open AI, Claude, API
- Experience building systems for marketing agencies, lead generation, appointment booking, onboarding, and client retention
