We are a fast-growing skincare brand doing around $500K/month, and we are building a new kind of creative team.
Our goal is to produce beauty ad creative faster, smarter, and better than traditional brands by combining AI image generation, strong visual taste, direct-response marketing, and performance data.
We are looking for a full-time AI Performance Creative Designer who can help us create high-volume static ads for our skincare campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, advertising, AI tools, image generation, copywriting, and performance marketing.
You will mainly use Higgsfield to create realistic skincare and beauty ad images. Experience with tools like GPT Image, Sora, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva is a big plus.
But this is not just a “prompting” role.
We are looking for someone who understands that great ad creative needs to sell an idea, not just look nice.

You’ll help us build a creative system that can produce dozens of fresh ad concepts every week, test them in the market, learn what works, and create better versions.

This is a chance to become highly skilled in one of the most valuable new creative fields: AI-powered performance advertising.
What You’ll Do
Your main job will be to create high-quality static ad images using AI tools and design tools.
You will:
Create 80–120 static ad variations per week
Use Higgsfield to generate realistic beauty and skincare images
Turn marketing angles into visual ad concepts
Create variations for different hooks, emotions, customer problems, product benefits, and objections
Add simple but effective text overlays and headlines
Use Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar tools to clean up and polish images
Organize all creative into clean Google Drive folders
Label files clearly by campaign, angle, concept, and date
Study winning ads and create new variations based on what is working
Work with our creative strategist and founder to improve creative quality over time
You will not be expected to invent every angle from scratch. We will give you campaign angles, reference images, product assets, examples, and feedback.
But we do want someone who can think, not just follow instructions.

Know how to make images feel realistic, clean, and scroll-stopping

Are organized with folders, file names, and creative batches
Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
Can take feedback and improve fast
Are curious about what makes ads perform
Want to become excellent at AI-powered creative production
You do not need a degree.
You do not need perfect English.
You do need strong taste, speed, curiosity, and the ability to learn.

The best person for this role is not just someone who can generate pretty images.
The best person can look at an ad angle like:
“Makeup that improves your skin over time”
and turn it into 20 different visual ideas.
