The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Agent to pitch Beycome’s Title Services to customers who are already using our platform.

This is not cold prospecting. You’ll be speaking with warm customers who are actively buying or selling a home and educating them on why using Beycome’s Title Services leads to a smoother, faster, and safer closing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate transactions, communicates clearly, and enjoys consultative selling.

What You’ll Do

- Call existing Beycome customers
- Explain and sell Beycome’s Title Services and closing solutions
- Educate customers on title, escrow, and the closing process
- Handle objections and close service upgrades
- Track all activity and follow-ups in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams
- Consistently hit conversion and revenue goals
- Contribute feedback to improve scripts, processes, and customer experience

Required

- Real estate experience
- Strong understanding of title services or real estate transactions
- Phone sales or inside sales experience
- Confident, clear communicator who can simplify complex topics
- Organized and reliable with CRM usage
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced office
- Coachable, competitive, and results-driven

Nice to Have

- Experience selling title, escrow, mortgage, or related services
- Background in account management or customer success
- Experience working with buyers and sellers through closing

Compensation

- Competitive base salary $900 - $1400 per month + unlimited commission (based on experience)
- Unlimited, uncapped commissions
- Performance incentives and bonuses
