Offshore Graphic Designer (ecommerce Email / CRM)

Location: Remote (Offshore)
Working Hours: Full-time, aligned with UK hours
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Offshore Graphic Designer to support our CRM team in producing high-converting eCommerce email designs. This role is focused on designing visually compelling, on-brand emails for deployment via Klaviyo.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced agency environment, so prior experience designing for eCommerce email marketing is essential. We need someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership quickly, and deliver consistently high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-performing eCommerce email campaigns and flows (e.g. campaigns, abandoned cart, welcome series, promos)
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to bring campaign strategies to life visually
- Create designs optimised for conversion, readability, and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Work within Klaviyo design constraints and best practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Iterate on designs based on performance data and feedback

Requirements

- Proven experience designing eCommerce email creatives (this is non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and conversion-focused design
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESPs)

High proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Figma
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail and brand alignment
- Comfortable working UK hours and collaborating in real-time with the team
- Excellent communication and reliability in a remote environment

Nice to Have
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- Basic understanding of email performance metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.)
- Experience with GIFs or light motion design for email
