Job Overview:

We are a fast-growing plumbing supply company based in New York, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Call Coordinator to handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or tea ---------- mber.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so professionalism, clarity, and quick thinking are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Answer all incoming phone calls during business hours (US Eastern Time)
- Identify the caller’s needs quickly and route calls to the correct person or department
- Take accurate messages when necessary
- Handle basic inquiries (hours, location, order status if simple)
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times
- Keep call notes organized and clear
- Escalate urgent matters immediately

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English (clear, neutral accent preferred)
- Experience answering phones or working in customer service
- Ability to multitask and think quickly under pressure
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet working environment (no background noise)
- Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours
- Tech-savvy (comfortable using phone systems, email, and basic software)

Bonus (Preferred but not required):

- Experience in plumbing, construction, or supply industry
- Familiarity with dispatching or call routing
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems

Work Schedule:

- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- US Eastern Time (e.g., 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
