Join our fast-growing team at Keybridge Capital as part of our Real Estate Disposition Team! We’re looking for dynamic individuals who can effectively market, negotiate, and close real estate deals while building strong buyer relationships.


Position: Real Estate - Closing Team
Location: Remote
Schedule: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Compensation: TBD



• Manage and oversee the sale of investment properties from contract to close
• Conduct buyer follow-ups, set appointments, and coordinate showings
• Negotiate offers and guide buyers through the transaction process
• Collaborate with the acquisitions and transactions team for seamless closings

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate (wholesaling, dispositions, or acquisitions is a plus)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus: Podio, REI Reply, etc.)
• Sales or outbound call experience is highly preferred
