ABOUT THE COMPANY
V&C Design Studio is a luxury kitchen and bathroom renovation company based in Tampa Bay, Florida. We serve high-end residential clients with projects ranging from $25,000 to $200,000. We are growing and we need a results-driven marketing specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and lead generation.
Our phone needs to ring more — and you are the person who will make that happen.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Remote — Philippines
Schedule: Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST
Hours: 20 hours per week
Rate: $8.00 – $10.00 USD per hour based on experience
Start Date: As soon as possible
Status: Independent Contractor


THE ROLE
This is not a social media manager position. This is a performance-driven role focused on generating qualified leads for V&C. You will own our entire digital marketing ecosystem and be held accountable for results every week.
Your responsibilities include:
GOOGLE ADS & GOOGLE LSA

Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads daily
Create and run Google Ads campaigns targeted at Tampa Bay homeowners
Monitor budget, cost per lead, and conversion rates weekly
Ensure V&C profile is always 100% complete and ranking at the top

LANDING PAGES & CAMPAIGNS

Create targeted landing pages for each campaign (kitchen, bathroom, realtor program)
Design and launch seasonal promotions with dedicated landing pages
A/B test headlines, offers, and CTAs to maximize conversion
Connect landing pages to Google Ads and track results end to end

SEO — LOCAL SEARCH OPTIMIZATION

Optimize ---------- for Tampa Bay local search keywords
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile
Build local citations and backlinks to improve organic ranking
Monthly SEO report with keyword rankings and traffic data


EMAIL
MARKETING & NEWSLETTER

Create and send monthly newsletter to client and lead database
Build automated email sequences for lead nurturing
Manage promotional campaigns tied to seasonal offers

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

Post 3 times per week on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business
Create before & after content, design tips, and promotional posts
LinkedIn outreach — 10 realtor connections per day in Tampa Bay

REPORTING & ANALYTICS

Weekly report every Friday: leads generated by source, cost per lead, conversion rate
Monthly performance report with ROI analysis per campaign
Track all platform performance: Houzz, Google LSA, Google Ads, social media


REQUIREMENTS
MANDATORY — You must have ALL of these:

Proven experience with Google Ads — you must show real campaign results
Experience creating landing pages — show us pages you have built
Google LSA management experience — ideally in home services
SEO knowledge — local SEO specifically

Email
marketing experience — Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar
Strong written English — all content must be flawless
Available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST — no exceptions
Stable internet and quiet home office

STRONG ASSETS — Big advantage:

Experience with home services, renovation, or real estate companies
GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar landing page tools
Experience with Houzz Pro
Basic graphic design — Canva or Adobe
Google Analytics and Google Search Console

AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION — Do not apply if:

You cannot show real Google Ads campaign results
You have never built a landing page
You are not available 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST Monday to Friday
You are currently working with 3 or more other clients
You cannot commit to at least 6 months
